Motion detected and camera offline at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a suspicious circumstances report near Highway 84 outside Bismarck. A caller said a motion alert on a front porch camera was followed by a loss of the video feed and requested a deputy to check the property for any unauthorized person.
