Welfare check for elderly man not heard from

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch sent a unit to conduct a welfare check on an elderly man who reportedly has not been heard from for about a week at a residence on a county road in Itasca County. A family member provided contact information but requested that the man not be told about the call.
