Weaving tractor trailer blocking traffic on US 36

As discussed during the dispatch call, a report was made about a tractor trailer with a dark blue or black cab and a white (name withheld) logo box trailer possibly weaving on US 36 westbound from Bevier. A reporting party in a blue-gray (name withheld) is following the suspect vehicle, which is causing a traffic obstruction.
