Male with abnormal breathing near Navajo Drive

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews respond to a medical call near Navajo Drive by Huntsman Park for a juvenile who is reportedly extremely intoxicated and a (number withheld)-year-old man with abnormal breathing. Fire and medic units were upgraded from a routine to an urgent response.
