81-year-old man falls and refuses medical care in Bethel

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS responded to a possible fall involving an 81-year-old male near North Charity Street, State Route 133, and East Circus Street. The patient was conscious and breathing with a swollen knee and later refused transport.
