Car rolls off roadway near Berlin barracks

As discussed during the dispatch call, units responded to a vehicle that went off the road near the Berlin barracks. The car reportedly rolled several times. An elderly male driver was conscious, alert, and breathing, and fire and EMS arrived on scene. One lane of traffic was temporarily shut down.
