Fire alarm at Brook Lane condo, residents evacuated

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters were dispatched to a building on Brook Lane in Berlin after a fire alarm activated. An elderly occupant was believed to be inside, but the structure was found evacuated with no smoke or fire visible upon arrival.
