Woman follows man and causes disturbance at building

This RP has no visual, but we do have another RP saying that it's a female wearing a white top with blue jeans. 3215 out of lines to get the WFA 20s 57 to 5-8, medium-bills, white, crop top, pink sweatpants, no weapon scene.
