As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and patrol units responded to reports of an abandoned Jeep Wrangler with a flat tire along the northbound lanes of Interstate 29 near the Beresford exit. The vehicle appeared unattended for several days, and a tow truck was requested to remove it from the area.
