Noise complaint over loud stomping in apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported ongoing noise disturbance at an apartment unit on Barrett Road in Berea. A caller from a lower unit reported loud stomping from the apartment above, and there appears to be a history of similar noise complaints at that unit.
