As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a residence near Election Circle after a caller reported three people climbing into a dumpster and throwing trash around at a home where the former occupant is reported to be deceased. The caller did not believe the individuals were related to the homeowner, suggesting possible trespassing or theft.
