Reckless racing involving motorbikes and pickup near elementary school

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Pine Creek Elementary for a report of three teenage males on motorbikes racing while a red pickup truck followed them and was driving recklessly. Caller later reported the parties left westbound on Lehman.
