Man attacked with rocks near Highway 20 in Bend

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a report of a man with a backpack who was reportedly attacked by two other men throwing rocks near Highway 20 and Northeast 27th Street in Bend. Units searched the area east of a nearby store along the highway and appear to have contacted a possible victim who did not wish to talk and showed no obvious injuries.
