Dispute between man and woman near Lewis Street church

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area near Lewis Street in Belvidere for a possible dispute between a man and a woman reported between a church and a nearby building alley. Responding units later learned from a neighbor that whatever occurred had happened earlier and that the people involved had already left the alley. A separate call dispatched multiple fire units for a structure fire with a burn victim on East Washington Avenue in Washington Borough.
