RP states that their stepson was refusing to come back to lot 15, hasn't slept for a day and believes that he's taking pills to help him not sleep. Subject does have a behavioral health flag in Spelman. Mom did call and say that she wanted to cancel, but with the history of him possibly being combatives, we double-checked with her and haven't been able to make contact to confirm the cancellation.
