Stalled semi blocks intersection at highways 56 and 69

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a report of a large truck that had stalled and was blocking the intersection of highways 56 and 69 near Bells, Texas. A heavy wrecker was requested to assist in clearing the roadway.
