We heard (name withheld) came out to see that there were a few parked vehicles that were struck. We didn't see the suspect vehicle at all. But the white paint transfer left on the parked vehicles and did see a vehicle leaving northbound with its hazards on. At least the damage would be on the front passenger side of the vehicle.
