Pregnant woman hit in head during street disturbance

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near South 16th Street and Texas Avenue in Belleville for a disturbance involving a man and a naked woman in the street. A pregnant woman reported she was hit in the head, and EMS was requested to the 600 block of South 16th. The man reportedly walked away southbound from the area.
