Child seen standing through sunroof of moving van

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies issued an attempt to locate for a white Chrysler van seen westbound on Interstate 40 near Bellemont. A child, estimated to be between five and seven years old, was reportedly visible through the sunroof.
