Cup of soda thrown at vehicle on Bellhaven Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible minor assault on a driver near the intersection of Fort Hunt Road and Belle Haven Road. Someone reportedly threw a full cup of soda at a moving vehicle, then may have gone into nearby woods. Officers are asked to check the area for any involved persons or safety concerns.
