Baby reported left unattended in locked vehicle at Goodwill parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, police were dispatched to the Goodwill parking lot in Belfast for a third-party report of an unattended baby in a car seat inside a locked vehicle. Units searched for the vehicle, described inconsistently over radio traffic as a brown Volkswagen and later as a Volvo XC70 (identifiers withheld).
