Possible domestic dispute in moving black sedan

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible domestic disturbance between a man and a woman in a black sedan near the town line by Stevens Street and Bay Road. A caller said the woman tried to get out of the stopped vehicle and the man chased her on foot before the car left the area, apparently with both still inside.
