This is 41-1. I am currently on scene with an 85, 85-year-old female. We were called out due to the patient had a fall. Upon her arrival, patient was sitting on the floor. She does have two skin tears to her left forearm. Patient is not complaining of anything at this point, but she is unsure of how she ended up on the ground. Patient was in bed, remember she's going to sleep and then she woke up on the ground. Again, denying no pain, unknown head strike, but there's no signs of trauma to her head. She is alert and oriented times 3, GCSO15. Again, a little confused on the events that have a history of dementia. Her (name withheld) is with her and is her caretaker. Shurfsko was negative. Current vitals have her thigh, blood pressure of 160, 160 over 70, 70, pulse is 60, and regular. Respirations are 18. She is 94, 94% on room air, and I have a blood sugar of 129. Patient has been able to get up and emulate with our assistant and... The (name withheld) report she is acting like her normal baseline, just due to the unknown mechanism of the fall and why we ended up on the floor. We recommend the patient to go to the doctor to feel comfortable with her staying with her and is going to be able to monitor her. If anything, you can say to this patient to convince her to come to the ER to the further evaluation. Is the patient want any anti-coactylation? Negative, no blood dinner. She does have a pacemaker. and a history of UTIs, but does not have any UTI symptoms currently.
