Your complainant just come by the 1400 block of North Eisenhower Drive there around sheet. Said the subject's been on and around, past him, was driving in the wrong lanes, almost struck him, break. He said that he believes in the middle cutter crossed Beckley crossing, but he's not for sure where he went from there, possibly towards Mouskot. So the subject's possibly intoxicated also. Your complaint doesn't want to speak to anybody. He only wants somebody to check the area.
