Report requested for minor parking lot crash

Complainant advised they were backing out of a parking spot, did not realize they made contact with another vehicle until they noticed damage on their car at the McDonald's.

Went back and that vehicle was no longer at El Bandito.

Complainant is now near the VA hospital near Beckley, no longer on scene, requesting a public service to file a report.
