Man arrested for theft on Richmond Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic describes officers tracking a man in a green and white striped shirt near the station on Richmond Road. He was later taken into custody for a reported theft on Richmond just north of Fairmount Boulevard. A separate call also requested a response to an audible fire alarm at a family center on Cedar Road.
