83-year-old man falls with possible broken kneecap

As discussed during the dispatch call, an elderly man, approximately 83 years old, fell and may have a broken kneecap near County Route 12 in the town of Bath, close to Collier Road and West Milford Avenue. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene.
