Elderly woman with pacemaker has cardiac emergency

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a possible cardiac emergency involving an elderly woman with a pacemaker near Sandpiper Drive and Quail Road in Basye, Virginia. She was reported to have chest tightness and shortness of breath but was awake and oriented.
