Loose cows reported on bike path in Basalt

Right.

Livestock complaint in the area of (number withheld) Hooks Spur Road.

RP was advising there's a couple of cows that are standing on the bike path, but while he was on the phone with me,

he came across a neighbor in the area who did happen to know the owner and told him that he lets them roam free and should be cared for, so he didn't know if to report it or not.
