MDI Hospital from Southwest Harbor, three months, ambulance. Station report, MDI. Security and currently embedded facility with an 87-year-old female who had a thinkable episode. Station states that prior to her having two fainting episodes, she felt like she was going to faint and had what she described as a gas bubble in her chin. She has no complaints at this time. She feels much better. She is going between a sinus rhythm and a sinus rate anywhere. She is a regular rhythm at one time, 64, then next she goes down to 56 and comes back up to 64. Right now, blood pressure is 132 over 46. She's set 98, 99% on room air. At this moment, she's a sinus rhythm and resting comfortably on the stretcher and let's see, I do feel blood sugar, 144 and we are probably about three to five hours.
