Woman unconscious with shallow breathing at Bandera home

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS and fire crews responded to a medical emergency near Ada Lane in Bandera for a reported 51-year-old woman who was unconscious with shallow breathing. Dispatchers were apparently coaching the caller to begin CPR, and the situation was believed to possibly involve an overdose with an unknown substance.
