Male patient treated after fall down exterior stairs

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services transported a 39-year-old man who fell down about 13 exterior stairs from a backyard into a basement. He showed signs of intoxication and was unconscious for about 5 minutes. The patient does not remember the fall, denies pain or head injury, and declined further evaluation. Vital signs were recorded during transport.
