Car stolen from restaurant parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received information about a possible vehicle theft near a business on Washington Boulevard. The stolen vehicle reportedly left about 40 minutes earlier and may contain a trackable phone. The car is described as a Volvo with one license plate on the back and possibly another on the front, driven by a light-skinned male. A separate apparent shoplifting incident was also reported near a bar on Maiden Choice Lane.
