Dispatchers report an armed man in the main lobby of a building near North Charles Street. Staff say he is a squatter who threatened them with a gun and may threaten the cleaning crew. He is described as a man wearing a black jacket and a white and red hat. A third party also reports that another man in the building, described as having dreadlocks and a face tattoo, may also have a weapon. Units are sent to respond to the armed person call.
