Cows reported in roadway near Rice Lake

That cow was from earlier, 1 mi from Rice Lake.

RP called back stating that cows are in the road again.

10-4. If you could clarify, is this 290th off of 7 or Lower Rice Lake Road? I drove through both of those areas, but just so I know which one I'm looking for.
