Female found with cardiac arrest near stuck vehicle in mud

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders were sent to a possible cardiac arrest for a woman found lying in water next to a stuck vehicle on a trail off Minnesota Highway 87 in the Backus area. The caller reported they were four-wheeling when they found the vehicle and that the woman said she had been there for a couple of days.
