Alarm check at Avon City Hall reconstruction area

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible burglary alarm at a city hall building on Chester Road. Multiple units and a medic staged near an entrance while they checked the alarm and reassigned other units to a separate holdup alarm.
