Intoxicated man reported leaving store on Albany Turnpike

As discussed during the dispatch call, employees reported a possibly intoxicated younger man stumbling and talking to himself inside a store on Albany Turnpike. He then left, driving west toward Canton in a silver Toyota sedan with no license plate reported.
