Officers detain driver in suspected drug use near I-35

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers observed a man in a white SUV apparently using a pipe inside his parked vehicle near a commercial area close to the I-35 frontage road in Austin. They followed the vehicle north on 183 before conducting a traffic stop near a shopping center. The suspect was detained and evidence was collected.
