Tree on wires causing sparks on Route 22

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Austerlitz were dispatched to Route 22 near Upper Hollow Road after reports of a tree down on power lines with possible arcing and sparking. A caller also reported hearing a loud boom in the area.
