Vehicle runs over person’s foot and hip

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an assault not in progress near East Prospect Street in Aurora. The reporting party states that the children’s father became very upset during a custody exchange and allegedly ran over the reporting party’s foot and hip with a vehicle about 30 minutes earlier. The reporting party believes they have broken toes but has not gone to the hospital. Officers responded to the scene and one unit went to a hospital in connection with a male involved in the incident.
