Unresponsive person found down at apartment balcony

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a report of a person down on a balcony at an apartment near Newport Lane and Wilmington Drive in Aurora. Police were already on scene and reported the person was unresponsive and might not be breathing, and fire units were advised they would need to make a forced entry.
