HP 101, I received a 911 call complaint of a motorcyclist that cut between a lady trying to pass a victim. camper. She was in the passing lane. The camper was in the driving lane. She had just almost come up to pass it and a motorcycle was tired of waiting for her to pass it and come between her and the camper. Scared her. She said it was a white, black motorcycle. The driver had a white and black helmet, white long-sleeve shirt and a black vest. She'd give a license plate of 5 William 167. Unknown State, possibly North Carolina. I haven't run that yet. She was east on from 310, probably 312 by the time I hung up with her. 10, that's day 25. 104.
