Possible burglary with trucks loading tools at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a possible in-progress burglary near Main Street in Ithaca, where two trucks were reportedly loading power tools and other items after entering through the side of a house. The location was noted to have prior civil issues.
