Suspicious person found near backyard shed

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a property near 7th Street South in Atwater for a report of a suspicious man found by a shed. The property owner’s husband was speaking with him and requested that deputies come and talk to the man about why he was in the yard.
