Cow loose in roadside ditch causing traffic hazard

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a possible traffic hazard involving a cow in a ditch near the (number withheld) block of South State Road 213. The animal appeared to have crossed the road and may pose a risk to passing vehicles.
