Juveniles reported going in and out of abandoned building near South St

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a report of a group of juveniles repeatedly going in and out of an abandoned building across the street from a caller on South Street. A male was also reported riding a mini bike up and down South Street with a child seated in front.
