Elderly male rapidly declines at home needing lift assist

As discussed during the dispatch call, athens emergency teams responded to a medical assist at (number withheld) Oak Street for a 72-year-old man recently brought home from the hospital who needed help getting back into bed. The man was initially alert and conscious but later appeared to be rapidly declining and less responsive, though still breathing. Fire and EMS personnel were requested for additional assistance.
