Flash flooding with evacuations reported in East Tennessee

As discussed during the dispatch call, the National Weather Service reported a flash flood warning for Anderson, Morgan, Campbell, Scott, and McMinn counties, with additional flood advisories for parts of East Tennessee. The EMA reported mandatory evacuations in sections of Greene County, and emergency management reported ongoing flash flooding with evacuations at Horse Creek Recreation Area. Social media also reported water over US-11 just north of Decatur Pike in Athens.
