Fire alarm at former Joann Fabrics on East State

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were sent to a commercial strip mall on East State Street for a reported duct fire alarm at a former Jo-Ann Fabrics location. Contractors were working inside and were reportedly unaware that there were two separate fire alarm panels or systems. Firefighters arrived on scene and began investigating the alarm as a possible construction-related activation.
